People usually eat a root of it.
Leaves of it are Japanese pickles in rare cases.
I mixed young leaves of it and sesami.
I ate it.
This is a pakchoi (chin-gen-sai).
It's a Chinese food.
Pakchoi's taste is bitter a little.
I don't like it.
