what my friend dug out (2006-10-29)

My friend dug out a daikon radish and a pakchoi (chin-gen-sai).
I did look at :-)

daikon radish

This is a daikon radish, Japanese vegetable.
People usually eat a root of it.
Leaves of it are Japanese pickles in rare cases.

I mixed young leaves of it and sesami.
I ate it.
It's tasty.

pakchoi (chin-gen-sai)

This is a pakchoi (chin-gen-sai).
It's a Chinese food.
Pakchoi's taste is bitter a little.
I don't like it.
