Eggs'n Things というハワイにあるお店で売ってる粉らしい。ハワイ土産でもらった。
The perfect stocking stuffer or small gift, our buttermilk pancake mix is easy to make. . Makes about 8 regular sized pancakes. To Make, mix water and powder in a mixing bowl with a wire whisk. Batter should be slightly lumpy. Pour about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of batter per pancake onto a preheated 375 degree griddle. Grill for 1 -1 1/2 minutes per side or until edges begin to dry, turn only once.

パンケーキと卵料理が評判のレストラン。深夜から営業していて、ロコに人気の店だったが、雑誌等で紹介され日本人旅行者にも人気の店となった。
移転のため営業を休止していたが、2009年3月にリニューアルオープン、以前よりもワイキキの中心に近い場所となって行きやすくなった。午前中はずっと順番待ちの行列ができていることが多い。
どの料理もボリューム満点で、数種類の自家製シロップで食べるパンケーキは、1度は食べておきたい。
