GoogleApps の管理画面から[Service settings] -> [Contacts] -> [Name format] にて「Last, First (example: Smith, John) 」を選択して「Save change」をクリック。どこに影響があるのかよくわからない。。。

「Names containing Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters will not be affected.」とも書いてあるけど。
