Intelについては https://lists.debian.org/debian-security-announce/2023/msg00166.html にて安定版への対応がリリースされました。AMDについては https://tracker.debian.org/news/1451858/accepted-amd64-microcode-32023080811-source-into-unstable/ で対応が進められてるので、近いうちに安定版にもリリースされるかと思います。
