運動嫌いって人の話もよくよく聞いてみると実態は「人と比べられるのがイヤ」であって、体を動かすことそのものに対する嫌悪感は無いケースが結構あるよね。そういうのってだいたい体育の授業で苦い経験してることが多くて。極端に言ってしまうと「運動好きの体育嫌い」みたいな。そういうのよく聞く。

体育の授業が「やり方を教わってからやってみる」じゃなくて「いきなりやらされて出来ない人があぶり出される」みたいな感じだった人って、ある年齢以上には割と多いんじゃないかと思う。体育が嫌いなせいで運動が嫌いになるって、ちょっと損というか理不尽だなと思う。他の事にも言えるけど。
