手元にある 8BitDo M30 Bluetooth gamepad を Nintendo Switch に接続してみたら、

Z が Nintendo Switch の L で、
C が Nintendo Switch の R になっている。

ネットで見かける説明書によっては、XYが入れ替わっていたり、ABが入れ替わっていたりするのもあるらしい。
