鶏もも肉1枚は自分には多いので、半分に切ったものをいくつか冷凍保存してある(1つ130g程度の量になる)。電子レンジで軽く解凍してから使う。

鶏もも肉を焼くとき塩胡椒するのを忘れていたけど、味噌だれだけでもじゅうぶん美味しい。皮はパリパリに焼けて良かった。
